Often we speak to potential clients that are in the fortunate position that they need a solvent liquidation to take their money out tax efficiently and/or formally wind down their business once they have sold/completed the trade of their business. At the other end of the spectrum we deal with those that cannot trade on due to insolvency, often running out of cash. In both situations we deal professionally and honestly with potential clients to see what options they have and whether there is an alternative, better option, than a formal insolvency procedure. Sometimes these options will involve using BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency and sometimes they won’t. We are always looking for the best outcome for the client, not the best outcome for BRI.
