Although BRI are not representing my company through the insolvency, they have gone above and beyond to offer some impartial advice, provided a letter template to send to creditors and followed up with one creditor via email to confirm my company’s position. This has had a huge impact of being able to rationally move forward with hopefully having the company struck off at some point.
