Thank you for explaining everything so clearly, we all felt that it was a very easy winding-up process which had been made easier by our meetings.
When we first discussed liquidating the Company via a members’ voluntary liquidation it was all a bit daunting as there are so many things involved, but I think your team approached it matter of factly and my team feel that we have covered everything and we will soon be moving on.
