22 November 2016: Or ‘bounce’ as the case may be at the Bounce Indoor Trampoline Park. On Thursday 11 November, BRI teamed up with Shakespeare Martineau to host a fun night for young professionals. A group of 25 bright eyed and bushy tailed individuals from a variety of professional practices were in attendance.
The adventurous souls arrived at Bounce with maybe a little trepidation but a lot of expectation of having a good evening. After watching an informative safety video (safety first, bounce second!) everyone was let loose in the park.
Trampoline dodgeball was a popular first choice for many, also available in the park is trampoline basketball, the opportunity to slam dunk proving all too appealing for some, who didn’t leave the hoops all evening.
As well as those games was a ‘foam pit’ to launch into and a large trampoline area, where a group photo was attempted, though capturing a non-blurry picture was impossible!
After being thoroughly worn out, war wounds were compared over a bite to eat and a soft drink. Despite the red faces and aching limbs, conversation soon turned to the next possible active event – with a ‘nerf party zone’ (whatever that may be!) being suggested. Overall everyone seemed to have a very enjoyable time and the event was a great success.
The evening at Bounce was organised by Connect, a young professionals networking group run by Shakespeare Martineau, and co-hosted by BRI in Milton Keynes. If the above seems of interest and you wish to join/know more about the group, please contact the BRI Milton Keynes office for more information.
