BRI have recently successfully brokered a settlement on behalf of a Northampton Based Charity to avoid the formalities of an insolvent liquidation which, ultimately, will ensure funds are available to be distributed to a similar charitable organisation once the Charity has been dissolved.
Ian Cooke dealing with this matter stated that "I am extremely pleased with the outcome. This was a difficult matter to deal with as there were significant internal and external politics involved. Initially, the Charity's Board of Trustees were resigned to creditors being left with a shortfall. However, having considered the matter further and, more importantly, being emotionally detached from the situation, it became clear that settlement was best for all concerned.
