14 July 2016: After realising the Debtor’s interest in the two properties in their bankruptcy estate, one of which was the Debtor’s holiday home in France, we are pleased to have recently advertised for creditor claims notifying creditors that a modest dividend will be paid within two months of the deadline given. The Trustee was appointed in November 2014 so we are pleased to have realised the assets in full, especially as one of the assets was in a foreign jurisdiction, bringing with it its own set of challenges, within a swift timescale of under two years. Whilst the costs associated with this bankruptcy are greater than average, largely due to us having to deal with the foreign asset, we are pleased to have been able to manage costs as effectively as we have and to secure, as is always our goal at BRI, the best possible outcome for creditors. We expect to declare a dividend distribution within the next two months.
We have offices in Northampton, Banbury, Coventry, Hitchin, Milton Keynes and Spalding
