1 June 2020: Whilst BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency are providing advice to many individuals and company directors via conference calls and video meetings, one of the management team took the opportunity to provide advice, whilst observing social distancing rules, by meeting a director in a park (where they both live less than 5 minutes’ walk away) to discreetly discuss his company’s financial difficulties. This was a good use of time and they both managed to get in some exercise!
We are pleased to report that the outcome of the meeting was that the company was not, at present, in need of our formal assistance and for the company to open its doors and commence trading again with the director continuing to negotiate with the company’s creditors to agree sensible repayment terms.
Should your company be experiencing financial pressure, please contact anyone of BRI’s management team for advice. We may be unlikely to provide this advice whilst walking in a park though!
